Great polo shirts with excellent materials and graphics application. 5 star except for one big negative. The head opening is so small it barely allows a child's head to go through and this is on XL size shirts. You almost have to tear it stretching it to go in. PLEASE FIX THIS.

As described and came out great. Material appears very prone to wrinkles, arrived in plastic bag but very wrinkled - not sure how to launder it - (no instructions included) to keep it looking great. Will most likely have it dry cleaned and hopefully the dry cleaner can get the wrinkles out? Overall, I am happy with the purchase and the shirt.

It's the second shirt that I have ordered from you and the first one I wanted a four extra-large and you sent three extra large but luckily the person I was buying could get it on the second one I bought for myself I ordered 4 extra large and you sent 3extra large again only is too small I emailed your company and ask them the procedure for sending it back to get the right size and I have had no reply so I'm not a very happy customer I also ordered a cap but I still haven't got I sent an email that it says that it is headed to the destination and that was five days ago and it still hasn't changed where it is

The sizing chart is off. I am not a big guy and a large is very tight. So order a size bigger then you normally wear.

The shirt is of high quality but the sizes run extremely small. The 2x was measurable to a size small and therefore had to order an additional shirt. The 4X is measurable to a 1X.

We ordered this shirt in a large according to the size chart. When it came it was fit smaller than we wanted. We were going to buy a new one, so I emailed about it-mainly to see if they to use the same on a larger size or start the order over. They emailed back very quickly and had a take a picture of the shirt with a tape measure stretched across the shirt. We emailed this back. They determined that it was smaller than it should have been and made us a new one in a larger size. Thanks! We love it and may order another shirt. Just be informed that the shirts run small.

Pre sales response was really quick. Delivery of order was quick. There was an issue with the order, and when I contacted the company to advise of the issue, the response was very quick, courteous, and they just wanted to make it right. A replacement shirt came quickly and the replacement was everything and more as to what I expected. I would highly recommend their products to anyone and already have. The shirt looks great. Just how I imagined it would. I ordered my normal size of XL and was surprised that it was snug, felt like just a large. I ordered another like it except went up to a 2 XL in size.
