Sometimes your item arrives sooner, and sometimes unfortunately, laterdue to the delay of shipping company. If your order does not come after 30 days, please send us an email to support@trendysweety.com and we will help you to check what's the problem and resolve it. May be we will send you another item if your item is lost, or we will refund if you cannot wait anymore.
We also offer international shipping options - no matter where you live, you can buy from us!
Please be noted that some specific products (such as T-shirts, mugs, etc.) are sourced from our partners in the US, which means they will have much shorter delivery time (may be 4-10 days only) and they're assembled in/shipped from the US. We will have our special shipping descriptions on the product pages of these products, and those information are more updated and precise than the general shipping description here.
