Sizing is a little weird, normally I wear an XL or a 2X and those sizes fit loose, this 2X is pretty snug. It's very comfortable material, however, and the print is gorgeous. All in all I would buy it again, though be aware that the size probably needs to be one or two notches higher than you might normally wear.

I have bought this a Christmas present for my grandson who is a Doctor fanatic. It is a generous sizing so he will get plenty of wear from the hoodie.

It fits right. It is a pullover hoodie. It is made of a 50/50 Cotten/ poly blend per the label, but is an unlined Jersey like material, not typical sweatshirt fleece. And the recommended care is dry clean or wash separately. So not your typical warm easy care sweatshirt. Decent quality, but I am concerned about washing. I will not take a hoodie in to be dry cleaned. Pretty, though.
